 The company, Chauffeur Drive, was formed in 1990 in the front room of Mike's mother's house in Foxton with just one car. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, growing to over thirty cars. The year 2000 saw Chauffeur Drive move to to new premises in Melbourn.

Chauffeur Drive is now the area's leading corporate executive car service and has recently taken delivery of two new Volvo S80 saloons. All cars in the fleet boast air-conditioning as standard as well as mobile telephones on board and the Travel Master™ information system that keeps the driver up to date with all known road and traffic problems.

Mike Moore and partner Jackie Wilson agree that these cars will complement the existing fleet of Mercedes and Volvos as they are roomy and will seat 4 passengers very comfortably. With our client list including some of the largest companies in the region, their clients and staff expect, and are given, the highest standards possible and these cars will help us achieve this.

Chauffeur Drive were able to to continue operating during the recent fuel crisis due to foresight and excellent planning by all of our drivers and support staff. "No one was let down and all bookings were honoured", said Mike.

We remain on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To minimize costs and inconvenience to our clients, we monitor and verify all inter-continental flights to ensure punctuality.
Air Conditioning and Telephones are standard equipment in our fleet of prestige saloon cars and MPV's.
